📝 Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
- 3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- ¼ cup Greek feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp white or red balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (Optional)
- Salt (adjust to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- ¼ cup fresh basil and/or mint leaves
