Refreshing Jamun Pineapple Drink Recipe | Quick and Healthy

INGREDIENTS
10-15 Jamun (Indian Blackberries)
3 Slices of Pineapple
1/2 Inch Ginger
1/2Tsp Pepper Powder
1/4 Tsp Rock Salt
Cold Water as Required
Mint Leaves for Garnish

METHOD

  1. Prepare the Jamun: Using a sharp knife, carefully remove the flesh from around the Jamun seeds and add it to a blender.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Add the Pineapple slices, Ginger, Pepper and Rock Salt to the blender.
  3. Blend Smoothly: Blend the mixture into a smooth paste. Add very little cold water to make blending easier and achieve a smoother consistency. For best results, use a powerful blender. I use this excellent blender I found on Amazon 5 years ago which Juices/Blends/Grinds even now with such ease. Check it out!
  4. Pour the Pulp: Distribute the blended pulp evenly into two large glasses or containers.
  5. Adjust Consistency: Add cold water to the blender jar to help remove any remaining pulp, then pour this into your glasses to thin out the drink to your preferred consistency.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the drink chilled, optionally adding ice and mint leaves for extra freshness.
